if you have been following my blog; you would realise that i've got a secondary boss...today, this second degree boss of mine is picking on me again...as the meeting called have got more concern with other package than mine; i suggest that the team leader tell me who the other person in-charge to attend the meeting with me...so they can get a better picture when administrating the contract...since we are the well-known and hardworking so-called "secretary"...since we hace to clear up all the mess they have made and name the document a Contract...
anyway; i blasted him with a nasty email without my superior's knowledge and my direct boss's approval...i've thought to myself; i've had enuf!!!! if i got lectured or have to attend corrective action seminar (if there is any); then be it!! what needs to be done has to be done.....
after i've sent the email, i headed for my meeting...then on the way there, my phone rang...it's my superior that exclaim my boss is right behind me to support my action that the secondary boss is reall picking on me....so i happily attended my meeting..and putting effort to convery as much history as i know to the team; as i seem to be the most "historical" person around!! can u believe it the team member has change that we are only one still there!!!
upon returning from the meeting, i was kinda shock to receive an email from my Managing Director (direct boss's boss)...who seldom email personal email unless it is really serious...sekali open, the email read "Well Done"...tat really made my day!!!!followed by my direct boss who ask me not to step down!! shortly after i read both emails, my direct boss approaches me, asking me to go all the way and assures me that he will support me till the end (prob he also had enuf of the secondary boss killing and arrowing me with those nasty emails)....with 2 big bosses by my side...i'm feeling like ME again!!!!hehe....
it might seem like a small matter but to be able to get the 2 statement s jz too exhausting in my company...and for some, they may not even have an email from the MD or their immediate bosses as well...well i feel much much better working now....
Thanx boss for putting so much faith in me and trusting me with my rationality....and assuring me that i have so far not disappointed you in whatever way. TQ TQ...erm...got promotion again bo??? haha....obviously i dare not ask la...jz 2 mths nia leh my last promotion....mz patience....
