Happy on the Outside and Unhappy at the Inside

A sense of unhappiness has creep into me again...

"What is it this time?" I asked myself.

"I've got somebody to turn to and support me during my darkest moment of life," said another inner voice of mine (guess that is the angel bit of me).

"You are not good and you does not deserve that," said yet another voice (guess tat is the devil thoughts).

"Shhoooo, off you go, pls leave me alone," I whisper to myself.

A question I asked myself, "Now things are settling in, are you set to go on the next target?"

Without much hesitation, my heart shouted, "NO!"

There's a hollow and empty space within me...a blackhole that is sucking me in and causing me to lose the purpose of life and more often than not, telling me that there are no purpose in living and all that I am chasing (i.e. for a better live) have got no use and the only useful thing that I can be of use is to end it.

Most of the time, when I sleep I would not want to wake up and hope I can forever be a "Sleeping Beauty" sleeping my way through all those fantasy dreams and all those happy moments that I had in my dreams.

Read an article in Reader's Digest recently and one of the article captured my attention and left me thinking...nevertheless, my case might not be as severe as the author, but I have personally experience a "brush-off" of the feeling and some of the incidents before...but I guess I am no where near to use the "D" word on myself but I really am fearing on walking towards that direction.

Honestly, call me old as you like, but I do find oldies more soothing to my ears than the new songs from those Lady Gaga electrofying music....

Oldies brings back memories and also the meaning of the songs somehow or rather touches you -jz like raindrops dropping onto water puddle - all over you the sadness and happiness of the song, whichever it maybe.

And more ofter than not, you start humming the song over and over again without you noticing it...marvelous isnt it?? It's like back to schooling time again when we used to sing during every single interval of classess or exchanging lyrics and teaching each other how the song really sounds like in the CDs / casettes...really missing that time...singing all day long...

My daily intake has been formed

I am now forming my daily nutritional intake.

This is important as the investment that I'm putting in now shall benefit me in years to come...

But I've got a problem...forgetfulness and discipline....haha....

Crossing my fingers and marking my alarm clock to remind me...

Hope all of you would eventually come out wif ur own daily intake target for a healthier life...

It is simply not enuf

So many incidents happen since the previous time I blog. Some good and bad things of which i wanted to forget and there are also some that I wan to remember...

Moving down to Singapore and finally settling in with a place to stay and a secured job. So what next? I asked myself...what is the next step that I wanted to pave myself into. Logging for my RICS?? SISV?? ISM?? All the goals that I have set during my uni graduation has not been realised yet...Am I a disappointment??

Every now and then, I look at the people beside me taking up part time courses to improve and add value to themselves...and here I am wandering in the "dark" forest in search of what I want in life. But will I know when i get there, as I have no whatsoever intention to head towards the direction. I am lost and appear focus. That is something that I can't seem to understand that myself.

Ending in this new job, allows me to have more time for my loved ones and also more benefits (i.e. medical, AL, etc) but it seem that the only way to crawl up the ladder is to get the ass of the bosses high...it was not what I am good in nor is that what i intended to do...why why why...does it mean that you don't have to be good at your job to get higher but with a mouth of sugar, it will get you to places you never dreamt of no matter how bad you have been technically.

I previously read an email which quoted Mother Teresa saying, "If you judge people, you have no time to love them." which have now become my wallpaper to remind me that I am not here to judge them but to learn on how to smoke asses and jack asses...guess that is the skill that will keep me busy learning for the coming years.

So with all said, do you still think that qualification plays any role in your daily battle?? Does professionalisme brings you anywhere?? But one thing for sure, sugar mouth and sweet talk do get you what you want no matter how bad you are.

Funny, isn't it. the lesson of life and clearly shows, people listens to things that they wanted to and not the reality that are slapping them on the face. But this is life...this is working life...a life that I have grown to take it as "It's just a JOB to pay all my bills and get my desire accomplished" ... the weightage of JOB in my defination as drop from a HERO to a ZERO.

P/s : I did gave my mum a hug and I sheded tears...intended to gave bro a hug, but was too afraid that he might get embarrass with too many people ard...ended up jz giving him a pitch at his arm. As daddy has been notti, so no hugs for him :P

Woke up tis morning feeling kinda distress over myself...i need to reform...need to do sometin that i havent been doing for a very long time....n i pulled my hair while waking up...comb my hair and it got entangled....TAT'S IT....i'm cutting my long hair today at this instance after my shower....

So i headed to get myself ready and head to the hair stylist...but before that, need to browse around to see how short i wan my hair to be...short short, medium length?? no idea....as browsing, flipping thru a few BOB HAIR and i jz loved it....some ppl even goes to the extreme side of the hairstyle...but i'm a more conservative person....so i better opted for a safer look rather than being sorry later as my face shape was so ever changing...haiz...

neway, there's only 3 instructions given to my hairstylist...1) bob short but not to short 2) suit my face 3) easy to maintain...walla...see wat my hairstylist has in store for me!!!

but before that, let's have a back view at how my hair was before i decided for the haircut....

now, let's have a look at my back view of the new haircut...I'm so liking the shape....and i really took off a KILO off my head!!! PHEW....

neway, till we meet again...but at the meantime, i'll continue to enjoy my new haircut and my new look and my new future....all awaiting for this coming Monday to realise....till then...

Bought my IDEAL mirror

Went to IKEA yesterday....and to our surprise it is their SALES period!!! everytin was slash dirt cheap!!! so wanted to get everytin!!! Alas...it's not time to buy yet....there were so many ppl around browsing and measuring and checking and flipping and trying....the place was like a flea market rather than IKEA....the prices were slashed n slashed and slashed....it it SALES period and yesterday was the last day of the sales...thus more slashes....pheww....whoever can resist tat is a RESISTANT-QUEEN...

and was i able to resist it??? YOU BET I LOST CONTROL too...i found my IDEAL MIRROR and i jz canot resist it !!! the moment i saw it, i was finding excuses to buy it....even bugbug canot bear to say no to me...haha

it took us a long time and many rounds of walk at the self-collection corner....trying to find the mirror but to be disappointed cos the unit was not in display / to be collected in the self-collection corner....

headed to the nearby customer service staff n they printed out the invoice and ask us to collect at the exit counter after making payment at the cashier...

haha...finally...after so much fuss, i manage to get my mirror....so happy....i'm so so so....happy with the purchase that i basically shortlisted a few places for the mirror to be hung....haha...

i really really love it!!! thanx bugbug for going thru all the fuss to help me find my mirror....hehe....

New Phase of life

Finally...moving on to the next step...

Resigned and now trying to clear leftover shits....wonder wat my boss will tell me, we are suppose to meet for coffee....and my cubicle neighbour is so not happy tat i'm resigning...haha..cos no one to talk to her about facebook game and gossip in the office liao...haha...and worst still...no one to comment n criticise her office standard documents....haha...which in directly means, i don get to irritate her her until she ignore me anymore!!! haha....

wonder wat i will be doing next...jz hopefully my August / September dream will come true and i shall be busy again...and my parents will be able to visit me more frequently and freely....hhee....bro bro...pls come down n accompany me le....even though i have bugbug, i will still be very glad to have u around!!! whee hee...cant wait for August / September...

Well, with August / September being come to a realisation, that will mean another phase of my life...my family is so excited about it (i presumed...hehe...cos they have been asking me a lot of time....) so i assume they are excited...haha...give u guys the benefit of my doubts...haha.....

The weirdest Mee Goreng ever!!!

Today, i came across the "reddest" mee goreng ever in my entire life!!!!

Cape No. 7 海角七號

A movie that was recommended to me half year ago. finally have got the time to find the host and watch it. well, for an instant there i hesitated to watch the movie when it was screened on the cinema. if not of a recommendation from a fren who's a "cinema-chaser" (jacq's definition for a person who goes to the cinema no matter what movie just for the joy of it) and even made an effort to raise my curiosity by sending me the whole of the soundtrack (before hand as a reminder, i guess), i wouldn't think i will give it a go!!

To make things more interesting is, the fren is touched by the movie!! wow, i alwiz have a wow factor when this fren of mine tells me the weak side...i've seen the strong and good side but haven seen in person this side yet.

"Wow wow wow wow..."

After watching the movie, the "wow" that i have is not on how the newly formed village band (which consists of kid, youth, middle-age and old uncle) blend so well. My "wow" goes to the 60-years-old love letter!! yeap, u read me right. It's sixty, yes 6-0. how many of us would be able to receive a 60 year old love letter? so well written and everything still in-tact. the content was touching, everytime the story-teller unfold the story, it makes me wanna know more!!!

Some teaser on the storyline.

Unfortunately, when the letter was delivered, the guy (living in japan) has already passed away and his daughter found the letter, well kept in a tin box well hidden in a closet. without knowing who girl of her dad is, she send out the mail following the address written (which is in taiwan) on her dad's envelope.

the postman was not able to find the address at first so he open the letter and not understanding a single word of japanese, he chuck it aside not knowing the importance until he met a japanese gal who read the letter and told him the importance of the letter and ask him to promise to find the recipient and deliver it safely.

Finally when the postman found the recipient, she's already in his 80s!!

Did i heard a "wow" there?? Isnt tat sweet?? at 80s and still receive love letters?? to me, it is so sweeter than sugar!!! but thinking back, would that mean tat you would have to - for 60 odd years - waited, wondered, questioned, etc as to why they guy hasn't written??

but i guess, at the moment when the girl receive the letter, all the waiting, wondering, questioning, etc is all long forgotten and worth it. at least she has the answer and know the reason for sure now.

if you have some time and wanting / feeling that "love-is-in-the-air", then i would recommend you this movie, which may seem a bit draggie but what the heck, the content of the letter is the main thing!!

Achiecement of the YEAR and also achievement of MY LIFE

here i am in 1 piece...i started today dragging myself to the marathon starting point...10km ahead of me and I hadnt been very good in stamina and practise...even bugbug was nagging me to practise practise but 1 ear in 1 ear out...haha...so this morning i really had the feel of my own naiveness..not making any practise realise and also running 1km and i'm already patting and screaming "I WAN TAKE BUS...I WAN WATER...I NEED FOOD...I WAN SWEET"

bugbug look so worried bidding me goodbye at the runners' entrance...i'm so unprepared mentally and physically...to worry him more, me and my coll has decided that we shouldnt run together as to avoid dragging each other down...wheeheee...great rite...guess bugbug sit not right, stand not right, drink water not right, wait here no right, wait there not right....

as we are flagged off, RAISED ur hand up high!! U'RE ON AIR!!!yap...starhub screen us LIVE on TV...not sure if my event - Mixed Team Event - was covered. anyway, who cares...cameras are all over the place...haiz...SINGAPORE'S ANNUAL MEGA EVENT - an event that is me

ga enuf to attract 50,000 ppl....not bad...to make things better, my company paid for our participation...haha...jz show up n run!!

off i go passing the start gantry with 20,000 female runners...puff puff puff, gasp gasp gasp...run run run, walk walk walk, jog jog jog...DON STOP..tats the advise my coll given me...i am look

ing forward to the medal at the end of the run...there are term and conditions in getting the medal...finish ur race in 2 hours time after starting...then u can get a medal and a cert!!!...10km in 2 hours...haha...if i can reach in 1 hour 59 seconds already very good achievement liao!!!

anyway, i find tat running in such a big group really keep my motivation going...i ran for 1km or so b4 turning to walk n jog and finally ended my marathon with another stretch of run of 500m...haha...cant let the finishing line ppl see me walk..need to run and show off...haha...

guess wat i finish at an astonishing 1 hour 40 minutes...wow...i made it...and bugbug was still waiting for me @ 8.5km whilst i'm already approaching finishing line...too crowded that prob he didnt see me o too busy playing with his camera function again.... :(..nevertheless, i exceed bugbug's expectation too!! wheehee...

prob credits should go to bugbug for making me walk Europe and also the Diabetes Walk i recently took part in :)....o prob to all the walk i have to take everyday from house to work and back....haha...tat helps too...mz be...haha...

anyway, the pictures will be out soon on the website...cant wait for the photos to be out!!!

My Europe Trip

after weeks and weeks of planning by bugbug, and weeks and weeks of me worrying on the weather, clothes, food, jetlag and the rest...finally we are on our way from Singapore to Munich @ 215am...can u believe it??so early...pilot also yawn yawn yawn lo...n this is the 1st time i doze or try to doze off in the airport whilst waiting to enter the gate. worst still is to tackle my usual hunger at 1++am...tummy was shouting for food but no food to feed my poor tummy...so better don move n become a "worm"...as to save energy so to burn less calories...does it work?? u'll have the answer by looking at my face below.

after much wait, finally, the gate is open and it's way pass my sleeping slot...and suddenly i'm wide awake and started yawning loudly to annoy ppl...which bugbug keep "shhshhh...ing" me...haha...tat makes it even more exciting and fun...

as we are taking Qatar Airway (which i pronounce as K-tar and bugbug pronounce as katak, so which ever is the pronunciation, we are happy jz to get the "tar" correct...we even waited in front of the TV everyday when the weather forecast was broadcasted jz to get the "Qatar" pronunciation correct...haha...at last, bugbug wins...yes yes...it's KATAK si KATAK lompat, lompat!!!

Neway, as we are taking Qatar, we are bound to stop over at Doha International Airport (DIA) for a transfer before heading to Munich. We manage to come across A&W in DIA transfer terminal...and guess wat...A&W also got in Jawi writing lo....which i "happily" wanted a picture...i feel so "being" in Malaysia suddenly...haha...kidding...

and oh ya, forgotten to introduce my new hair style...the line is abit more to the right compared to the previous 1...haiz...hope tis 1 can stay, cos the previous time i had this haircut, i was not able to retain the side line...due to my stubborn hair :(

once we board the next flight, i am more able to sleep. reason : unknown...prob was too tired entertaining ourselves in the transfer terminal...haha...psst psst...it's damn bring there..pls don make any transfer there...**yawn**...soon we reach Munich and all we go for Oktoberfest!!! the celebration which i've heard so much from my German teacher and finally i get to experience it myself!!! it's more of a fun fair where ppl get drunk, puke and drink more...we got to knw tat the festival constitute 1/3 of the beer consumption in germany...WTF...the duration of the celebration is only 16 days!!!and it attracts a lot of tourist from all over the world!!!cool right...due to the drunk ppl and the massive turn up, the broken bottles is everywhere and advisable to be in ur boots, should u guys be heading there next year....and also due to the two "high-ness", the ppl tends to be more frenly and open...so remember to protect urself...going with guys is a better option than all gals group...nothing serious could happen, but at least if they leap on you, u gonna have the energy to push them away..bear in mind, they are huge...i really mean HUGE!!! me n bugbug was like fresh teenagers to them (in term size n look)...hey we want to get the kid's tickets too!!! but good try!!!

HARRY POTTER & STANDARD CHARTERED...u win my 1st over

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince....everyone has seem to be in a so-long-awaited mood for Harry Potter to be screening...and there i am, not knowing exactly what is so nice about Harry Potter...after having to watch all the other previous movies thru a DVD from a fren who feel sorry that i've missed out so much for no watching...

ok...i watched thru all the DVD that my fren offered - i guess 2 years ago (max)...and here i am with free ticket from bugbug's newly subscribed credit card...and def bugbug is so "high" wanting to watch the movie...the blockbuster movie...everyone seem so excited in front of the cinema...and it was screen in the biggest cinema in Cathay Cineplex with very comfortable seat and super big legroom....even some patrons were sitting cross-legged to enjoy the movie...

whilst everyone is enjoying the movie, here i am DOZING-OFF...i find it boring...no action, nothing....yawn...and i guess i'm floating and hoping for the movie to end ASAP....

when the credit rolls, the guy sitting beside me was "finally, it's over"...wow...i tot only me who's feeling the lengthy movie...and i turn to bugbug, and his face is not good too...guess he's also desperate and trying hard to keep his eye open just to not waste the free ticket...haha...so here i am...my 1st dozing in the cinema watching HARRY POTTER....and i wasnt tired....

who am i to complain

coming to a year...i'm being low morale in my job...i've been trying so hard to keep my passion on my job...i keep reminding myself how good i used to be...how easy i can get the thing done....

let me recite my routine for the day:

every morning
catch mrt heading to work, running my things-to-so list as not to miss any deadly dateline. nevertheless, everytime when i reach office, 1st thing tat i open in my computer is Internet Explorer, then my Outlook to check on my email...1st check my hotmail, gmail, facebook, sign in messenger....2nd look at my company email...and flip back to facebook....and search internet for some useless stuff....by 1130am, then my heart will be in for answering my email and working on my project stuff....

afternoon, after lunch,
i will play facebook application games, then facebook, check company email, do work...and my mind will mingle along somewhere not known to me..until 5pm, where i start to gain my spirit to work again...

everning, i'm all heads in for, say 1 hour, serious work...and it's already a day!!!

so what have i been doing at work??? NOTHING!!!
this is scary...i wont progress if i stay this way...should i change...

i'm getting sick of my mentor of her two-faced and double standards....i'm sick of my boss being fakey nice to everyone and giving a pat on our back everytime he walks by....i'm sick of my team mate, cos most of the time, i will need to clear s**t..and what i get in return, more s**t...i'm sick of my whole team, for being fakey and plastic about everything....and i've only got my project Director to complain to...which we have a common stand on to grumble-and-then-back-to-work attitude...

with all the above, i barely talk to anyone except virtual ppl or thru the phone...yes, you read me right...i barely talk...so u still think i haven changed?? even me myself sensed that i've changed for the worst and what say you??? i seldom communicate with my team ppl...needless to say other team ppl...they are so damn fake!!!!! Coach bag, LV purse, Coach blue label....fine, i get it...brand conscious!!!!

TELL ME WAT U NEED, SO I CAN ASK FOR YOU....

DON KEEP ASKING ME THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO MY CONTRACTOR AND CAUSING A PAIN IN THE BACK FOR US....

ME AND MY CONTRACTOR IS TRYING VERY HARD TO RESOLVE IT THE WAY TAT MY MANAGEMENT WATS IT....AND STILL EVERYTIME MY CONTRACTOR PREPARED EVERYTHING AND THOUGHT IT WILL BE THE FINAL SUBMISSION....THERE THEY (THE MANAGEMENT) ARE ASKING FOR MORE THINGS, WHICH PREVIOUSLY I'VE ASKED AND CONFIRMED IF THEY NEED IT OR NOT...AND THE SAY NO!!!!! AND NOW THEY ARE REQUESTING FOR ALL THOSE THING....TELL ME WAT U WANT!!!!!

Happy Wesak & Welcome HTC Touch Diamond 2

Happy Wesak to all of you...This morning started out late for me - was lazing on the bed playing Hell Kitchen on bugbug's phone....hehehehe....by the time i got out of bed to have my shower is around 1130pm...wow....hungry hungry and i'm vegetarian today!!!

Today marks the 15th of the 5th month in the Lunar Calender; tats right...Wesak Day. A practise since I am a child, i would alwiz head to the temple to do my prayer (well, i know, i heads to temple every 1st and 15th of the lunar calender days back when i'm in Penang, but when I'm here, praying seem so inconsistent and it's a matter of convenience for me) and to bath the Prince Buddha.I've been trying to search through the Internet to find a place decent and I'm comfortable with. To my disappointment, most of the temple here cares about money more than any other things. Firstly, you will find a brief description on the history of Wesak Day and the temple's activity for the day and then there will be this whole list of purchases (i.e. lotus candle and etc). I was okay reading the website until the purchases list came about. It hurts as temple should serve as a place for prayers and serving the community, but nowadays temple has changed to commercialise themselves and wanting and requesting more and more money from their devotees; even though they alwiz say that it is all voluntary..if monk or the temple guardian ask, would you say no?? Precisely, we dont say no to their request. That's where all the problem started!!!

Neway, back to my day. I went to my frequent visited Kuan Imm Temple at Bugis - a famous one indeed for the accuracy in prediction, as i heard. Bugbug and I headed for the food 1st as we are very very hungry and you would not want to collapse in the crowd too!! If you notice the timestamp on the photo, it's showing 2pm!!! and we're having our 1st meal of the day...tat's how hungry we are

My colleague brought me to this new place near the Kuan Imm Templer which serve vegetarian food. See below, our order for the day!!! and the food is YUMMY YUMMY and very healthy...ALL ORGANIC...

Yumyum...finally full to fight and elbow ppl in the temple...which is currently pack like MEGASALES...haha funny but true!!! Whilst I go in pray, definitely bugbug is outside waiting lo..with my bag...due to the previous incident of me being pickpocket, bugbug is extremely careful with me carry a bag there...TQ bugbug for alwiz taking care of me...After the praying, i headed outside to pompom the Prince Buddha...as there are 2 table holding the ceremony, i conveniently bath both of them; in case one of them is the one blessing me...haha..kiasu liao!!!

After the praying, we practically wanted to leave the highly congested and hot place. So we jump into the bus heading for Plaza Singapura, which we get to know from the newspaper that Starhub is currently holding a HTC Roadshow to launch their new baby - HTC Touch Diamond2...and they held a contect to "dig for diamond", where a big sand playground was setup and 40 balls were placed inside the sand with 20 participant standing at the sides on the playbox to start digging for the ball. and the only rule is, you can only hold on to 2 balls. Any additional balls will need to be given up to other participant. The trick is, every ball have got a number which will be randomly picked by the organiser on who is the lucky winner for that round of event...so bugbug and me joined the event - hoping that can get the free phone!!! hehe....FREE...as FREE!!!! so we both signed up and I decided to not stand together during the game - just in case the prize is somewhere else!!! ALAS...bugbug's place was the most stategic ones...the person beside him got the FREE phone but bugbug was at his best of luck. He manage to get $100 & $200 voucher...and me, a free coffee and a mug....lao eh....sky and hell lo...haha...

With the voucher, i decided to..hehe...use the $200 voucher to buy my new phone, since i need to recontract my phone already as my previous contract is due soon...and i've been eyeing for HTC for quite sometime...and due to me gonna recontract, I was given a $100 voucher by Starhub!!! hehe...not bad, rite....

So now, i've got $300 at my dispense....so HTC Touch Diamond 2 is like...ting ting ting....ee ooo ee ooo...TAT'S WAT I'M GETTING - the latest edition to the HTC family!!!! After an hour of queuing and sweating and whining...finally HTC TOUCH DIAMOND 2...reach my hand..my new born baby at a price of $238...whoohoooo......MY BABY, WHOSE THE BABY, MY BABY...MY 1ST touch screen phone and ACCOMPLISH my 1st target to get a HTC!!!!

Surprise in every corner

I've been down for 2 days...was basically in the room snoozing away whilst bugbug doing his work, struggling over the slow connections; as he will have to work from home to care for me...other than waking up to drink water, wee wee and catch up bugbug's doing and having my meals and medicine, i am still snoozing like a quiet little puppy...

Today would be the 1st day i step out of the HDB compound that i lived in...out i go to enjoy my favourite "Tong Shui - Cheng Th'ng" at Zion Road...it was the BEST!!!! and as always, i will forget about tissues and as soon as we finish our meal, off we go heading to the nearest McD to look for "free" tissues...haha...thats wat we do best!!! look for alternatives....

As we enter the nearest mall, we happen to reach the washroom 1st before McD...surprisingly, i suggested to bugbug to wash our mouth rather than to wipe it clean!!! tat was a surprise...as i rarely do that except when i'm at home...

so off i go entering, i basically did not notice the interior of the toilet as it was hidden and i thought that it might just be some exterior decoration only...what surprises me most is, i'm like in the safari and real size orang asli drawup was there in every cubicle door...and i'm basically in the SAFARI!!!! off i go, taking photos in the toilet (my 1st time) which really make me wanna stay longer to enjoy the artwork...

My 1st Italian Wedding Dinner

Finally back from the dinner!!!

It is a restaurant which cater per table basis during normal business day...thus the restaurant practically closes for the day to cater for the dinner. I' giving it a wild guess of approximately 50 pax (max) that the host has invited. The restaurat took a lot of effort in making the dinner a success. All the tables are lined up to suit the grouping given by the host; meaning to say, you can sit as many ppl from the same cluster, say close frens ot colleagues in the same table and not being restrain by the 10pax per table rule...i tink it's a cool idea...

I think heavy credit should be given to the chef who took in the food preparation. Due to the nature of the restaurant (serving per table and per order basis) thus the chef might not be used to cooking and serving a huge number of serving per time! So i tink it's a BIG challenge and might have caused the chef nightmare ever since he was told the request!! hehe...

As informed by the host earlier, the restaurant actually intended to list out a fixed menu to all the guest. But the host request for personalise for all the guest. In the end, there are a few of items in the menu which was prefix and we are only being requested to make 4 dish choices...

Starters (Fixed) : Mixed Antipasti & Mixed Green Salad































Soup (Chosen) : Vellutata Di Funghi (widely known as mushroom soup) OR Minestrone (widely knwon as tomato soup).
The above goes with Italian Bread.

Pasta (Chosen) : Penne Matriciana OR Penne Cabonara
no photo too; as it's the normal thing that we eat outside!!

Mid-Appetizer (Fixed) : Lemon Sorbet

Main Dish (Chosen) : Filleto Di Sogliola Al Forna (fish fillet) OR Cacciatora (chicken curry) OR Agnello Alla Griglia Con Rosmarino (lamb rib) OR Vetello AL Funghi Porcini (baby cow rib)
It is made known that their Agnello Alla Griglia Con Rosmarino (lamb rib) is the most famous one. So tat made my choice. It was a bit raw so u can still see a bit of the blood water when slicing the meat.Overall, the meat is tender and it's juicy!! yumyum



Dessert (Chosen) : Tiramisu OR Souffle.
Given the chance; i'm obviously did not go for the Tiramisu...i tried the Souffle instead!! and it really pamper my tummy more!!! even looking at it; make me hungry now....


The wedding banquet is more like a gathering as there are no "yam seng" or "cake cutting" like those traditional wedding banquet. Instead it is more of a westernise (erm...right spelling bo har??) anyway, the restaurant alone is already a master piece. They have got a terrace on the upper floor overlooking the lower floor (just like the one in E&O but the terrace is not surrounding the room but at only one side of the room). With the warm lighting and the candle, the place is turn into a very romantic place and with a little of wine, we are bonded in one or another in a new way!

the best thing of all is, the restaurant is actually in a hotel!!! think of how much the host need to spend to make tonight happen and making it a memorable dinner!!! TQ for the experience and may you guys be happy alwiz!!!
